- Refund payment for items when package arrive ALAH office.
- Shipping fee is not refundable.
- We also accept return item for exchange with other item too.

We offer fully satisfy guarantee with our silver quality. With 98% fine silver quality, additional 2% Copper for strengthen. Our products are allergy free ( Lead and Chromium free).
The reason that Hill Tribe Silver is handmade product by hand tools. We can’t keep 100% precise dimension, weight and the printed mark on them. But we offer satisfy guarantee with fully refund payment for item if you’re not satisfy with them.
Note We currently accept return for refund only for retail order. Only damage item or item with problem from wholesale order and reseller order are accept return for replacement item.
