- I can’t place an order.

Our store needs Java script to run many running system. Please turn on your java script on your browser (default value is on). Or if you can’t place order, you can email the list of items that you want direct to us. WE will create an invoice for you..

- Discount and minimum order.

We have 2 discount account type : Wholesale discount with large amount order and high discount rate and Reseller discount with medium order amount.

- How long dose Gold vermeil / Rose gold vermeil will wear off?

Without hard rub, gold vermeil usually wears off in 18 months to 2 years. You can clean gold vermeil item by using soft detergent like soap and sponge. Rose gold vermeil bit longer life than gold vermeil because effect of adding some Copper which make longer life of vermeil color.

- Can I return my order?

Yes, retail order is unconditional return for refund or replacement items. But shipping fee is not refundable. Please contact us within 7 days after you receive item and want to return them.

For wholesale and discount order, we accept only return item for the replacement of damage one.

- I have no PayPal account, how can I pay for my order?

PayPal is our prefer payment method. But you can use Credit Card to pay for your order. Only using PayPal payment gateway, you have no need to sign up for PayPal account. Your Credit Card information is not store in our website and PayPal website. It use for payment only and erase after payment complete.

You can also transfer money direct to our Bank Account. Additional 3% discount will apply for this payment method, Bank and Account information will display when you select to pay for this method.

- Currency for price in store.

All prices display in our store is US Dollars.
